What Is Preorder

Preorder is where a drop will be open for a certain amount of time in this case until (January 20th, 2024) and once the drop is closed no more orders are to be made. And once this time period ends an order list will be sent to the manufacturer to get to working on the product. This process will take time so please be patient but once they are done product will be shipped to me and I will immediately start shipping orders to everyone who purchased clothing.

How Long Does An Order Take To Ship

Refunds

We do except refunds only in the case of wrong size selection and damage to item. If you wish to return the item for equal value of your purchase, provide us with a tracking number once you've shipped the item(s). Once you've shipped the item, we'll be happy to create a credit code that you can use in the future on an item of your choice. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

How Do The Items Fit

You can find information about the fit of our clothes under the description of every product.

You can also locate a general size chart and specific measurements on our product pages.

If you have questions service representatives are always available to answer further questions about measurements and fitting.

Order Was Delivered, But I Have Not Received It.

If your package states that it has been delivered and you have not received it, Please work directly with the carrier for help locating the package or file a lost package claim. 

Once your lost package claim has been approved you can email us to receive a replacement or store credit.

Cancel Return

Once a return request has been processed, it is not possible to cancel.

Cancel My Order 

All sales are finale we do not issue refunds unless proof of damage or incorrect sizing.

I Placed An Order But I Have Not Received Any Email Confirmation?

If you have not received an email after 1 hour of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us at connect brandvaluedvirtues@gmail.com with your order number and last name and we will resend your confirmation email. 

When Are New Products Added To The Site?

Most of our products do not have set release dates. Please make sure to sign up for Valuedvirtues SMS or follow us on instagram @Valuedvirtues to receive alerts each time we add new products.
